Shipping & Returns
Embodied Fajas provides shipping services to both the United States and Canada. If you reside outside of these regions and are interested in either retailing Embodied Fajas in your clinic or making a purchase, please get in touch with us at info@embodiedfajas.com, and one of our representatives will be delighted to assist you.
All orders are processed and shipped as they were received on weekdays, Monday through Friday.
Please be aware that any shipping delays attributed to freight carriers are beyond Embodied's control.
It's important to note that the buyer is responsible for all fees and border duties related to their purchase, whether locally or internationally.
A dedicated coordinator will provide you with the details for all your wholesale shipping-related queries.
Kindly note the following U.S. holidays when Embodied will be closed:
- New Year’s Day: January 1st
- Memorial Day: Last Monday in May
- Independence Day: July 4
- Labor Day: First Monday in September
- Thanksgiving: November 23 + 24
- Christmas Eve: December 24
- Christmas Day: December 25
Returns and Exchanges
Embodied accepts returns of unworn garments with original tags and packaging intact within 10 days of receiving your order. For all returns or exchanges, please contact us at info@embodiedfajas.com to initiate the process. We’re happy to cover the shipping costs for your return or exchange.
Please note, if we receive the faja in less-than-new condition, it will be sent back to you at your cost and no refund will be issued.
