The Stage One Faja is a specialized post operative garment used in post-surgical recovery, particularly after procedures like liposuction, tummy tucks, BBLs or other plastic or reconstructive surgeries. The Stage One Faja's primary purpose is to support the healing process post-surgery - to reduce swelling, minimize bruising, and provide comfort and stability in the initial stages of recovery.
Our Stage One Faja exerts pressure evenly to minimize swelling and improve blood circulation. The garment maintains lighter compression on the hips and bum to accommodate fat transfer patients. We've also included a panel in the lower back to provide more compression where fluid tends to pool after surgery.
Four rows of hooks were strategically placed to allow the garment to adjust with the swelling of a healing body, while an open crotch allows for an effortless restroom experience.
Snaps on either side of the hip can accommodate drains. Our Stage one Faja ensures the secure placement of drains and does not require additional safety pins, drain pouches or lanyards for comfort.
